Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist
Hello, I’m Simeron.
I am an integrative psychotherapist with a heartfelt dedication to helping children and young people thrive through therapy. My approach is holistic, individualised, and creativity-driven, with a strong emphasis on goal-focused, short-term therapy. I specialise in helping young people make meaningful progress within a limited number of sessions, typically 6 to 8, providing focused and effective support.
I understand that as a parent or carer, you want the best possible support for your child. With over 10 years of experience working with children, parents, and families, I am here to provide a warm, collaborative, and time-sensitive therapeutic experience tailored to your child’s unique needs. My approach is designed to quickly identify key challenges and set clear goals for meaningful change in a shorter time frame.
I am continually inspired by the young people I work with and I feel grateful to be a stepping stone on their journey.
Types of Clients
I specialise in, and solely work with, children and young people aged 4-24.
I provide short-term therapy to support young individuals facing a range of issues, including self-harm, low self-esteem, and relationship difficulties. Additionally, I have extensive experience working with neurodiverse clients, offering affirmative and compassionate care that respects their unique needs. My goal-oriented, short-term therapy creates a safe and supportive space where individuals feel empowered and supported within a focused timeframe.
